Feb 19: Jack Blaylock was admitted to the hospital on Friday 2/17 with dehydration and pneumonia. He has since been transferred to Oak Forest Rehab

Feb 21 update on Jack (rec'vd from Jack's son, Jack Jr:

Dad had gotten very frail very suddenly.

Had fallen four or five times the week before we place him at Kernersville Medical Center. What a fantastic caring place! He is now at Oak Forest Rehabilitation Center on US 66 right past the intersection of 66 and US 8 within the W-S city limits. He started physical therapy yesterday and is doing much better. I'd like to get him home next week but we'll see...
