St. Alban's has been in the shadows since the five year war that disrupted the community. They are lost if you even check the phone book, they do not have a listing. Did u know that St. Alban's was the first primary school in Kingston Western? You should know we have always had the highest passes in final year exams, Common Entrance (to mention one). The good teachers we know had to leave, not because they got old but because of the violence. They are in need of alot of things. i am not saying we or I will fulfill all their needs but if it is even to have some fundraising events to help the school abit. We were good in all areas, academic, sports, brownie etc.. No area child had to go elsewhere for proper primary education, now they are all over the place. Just hoping through our connections, we can be able to assist. Isn't that a good idea?

I totally agree with u Opal. Not every graduate may have turned out to be successful individuals but i do believe we can all pull together and assist in some small way!! I'm ready for the challenge. I propose that all those that are still in Jamaica should meet in this month and put a plan in place to have a fundraising event to assist the school. I can be reached at 754-6996 or 920-1813...
