• Hampir lemas

Peristiwa terjadi pada tahun 1990, semasa kita masih berada dalam Tingkatan 1, kecoh apabila ada seorang budak kelas Tingkatan 1 Beta hampir lemas ketika sedang bermandi-manda di kolam SBPS.  Ingat lagi ndak sapa budak yang bertuah itu??? Dia tidak lain dan tidak bukan, Mr Constantine Suibol, orangnya tinggi lampai, tampan dan memang jadi lelaki idaman pada masa tu.  Hero remaja yang telah berjaya menyelamatkan beliau adalah saudara Vincent Surai, juga ahli kelas Tingkatan 1 Beta. 

•  1994 World Cup (Brazil vs Italy)

The final was a repeat of the 1970 climax and a contest between 2 countries who had already collected 3 World Cup titles each.  For the 1st time, the destiny of the trophy would be decided by penalties and, crucially, it was my beloved Baggio (Italy), who had done so much to get Italy there, who missed the crucial kick.  His right leg havily bandaged to protect his injured hamstring, the little No.10 lifted the ball high into the California sky and Brazil were champion again, 24 years after their last success. 

• 1992 Thomas Cup

Rashid Sidek, born 6 July, 1968 in Banting, Selangor was a Malaysian's national badminton player and a prominent world-class-single player during the 1990s.  He played first singles for Malaysia in the 1992 Thomas Cup series winning his championship round match against Indonesia's Ardy Wiranata to help Malaysia to its first Thomas Cup victory in 25 years.
