La Crescent High School
Class Of 1989
Welcome to the La Crescent High Class Of 1989 web site.

We are gearing up for our 20th class reunion. With the suggestion from the class of 1988, I have started this website to get as much information as possible and to give everyone a central location for updates.
ANNOUNCEMENTS

Wow!!

You guys are amazing~!  You surpassed my expectations of what this weekend was going to be like!  I had so much fun talking to so many of you, and yet, I felt like I could have used another day at least to talk to many more!!

Thank you ALL for making this a GREAT weekend full of memories...more memories I will never forget, and I am sure that many will not forget.

I have posted a bunch of pictures.  Go to the Classmate Profiles, and see the first classmate - is titled 20 Year Class Reunion Photos.

Please continue to use this website to post pictures and communicate with one another!

A special thanks to the choir members for helping fulfill a personal "wish" for me.  It was fun to sing with all of you again!

Also - to Neil and Scott, for speaking - you both did a great job.  Thanks Tami for DJ ing and your husband Tom for grilling! (My salmon was great!)

Thanks to those that helped set up and decorate, and a special thanks to Tami Groth for your tech work!!  You saved my hide!

I hope you enjoyed the content of the evening, and give it some thought.

I loved Dave Twite's analogy of life being like a Monopoly game.  During the game you accumulate lots of "stuff" and money.  You can "play well with others" or you can be a poor sport. But at the end of the game, all of the things you had accumulated during the game go back in the box, and all that is left is you and your "character".  What do we do with that character to make a difference in the NEXT 20 years??!

What is the most important thing to you?

And Mr. Bray's 10 life lessons.  I have a copy of his Top 10!! I will post later.

Again, everyone - thank YOU for being a great class - I know there are many other LCHS grads from different years (on Facebook) that were envious of how many we had attend, and how great of a class we have!

1989 - truly the Class with Class!

Blessings to all of you!

Signing out for now....to be continued in 5 years....

Kelly Albert
