The Museum’s Board also announced that Bradford Shinkle, IV will rejoin the Museum, resuming the position of Executive Director that he previously held.

“We have benefited greatly from Judi’s leadership over the past three and a half years” said Board Chair Bill McLaughlin. “This is a young organization with a unique and powerful mission to inspire curiosity and cultural understanding, by sharing the unexplored arts of an important country. Under Judi’s leadership our small but dedicated organization has increased the diversity of high quality, original exhibits, and advanced preparation for long-term financial security. We thank Judi for her service, and look forward to her continued support and involvement in our community.”

“I have enjoyed every moment of my time at TMORA and I am grateful to the board, the staff and the museum’s volunteers for making this one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career. TMORA’s believes that learning about other cultures enriches our lives helps to promote international understanding and I am proud to have been part of this exceptional institution. ” said Dutcher.

McLaughlin went on to say “we are fortunate that Brad Shinkle IV has not found retirement to be to his liking and it anxious to continue the important mission of the Museum of Russian Art.
