Funeral services were held on Thursday November 25, 1993 at Martin and Castille Funeral Home Chapel for Rick Begnaud, 18, who died from injuries recieved in an automobile accident. 

The Rev. Henry J. Broussard, Pastor of St. Basil Catholic Church, was the Celebrant of the Funeral Mass and conducted the services. Ramona Carmichael, organist, sang for the services, "Amazing Grace", "Sweet By & By", "How Great Thou Art" and "I Will Never Forget You". 

A was a native and lifelong resident of Lafayette, Ricki was a senior at Acadiana High School and was employeed in the Youngsville area at Jude Landry's Paint & Body Shop.
