Jason Saffir Zenobia

After graduating from the University of Puget Sound in '93, I went to Western Culinary Institute in Portland. I worked in wine, catering and as a pastry chef for eight years while my husband finished grad school. Now, I am getting back into writing and journalism while I work with friends to produce my own cooking show.
