We need to raise some seed money for our 30 year class reunion.  So let's have a little fun doing it.  How about a 50/50 Raffle?  The way it works is 50% of all donations will go towards the class reunion, and the other 50% will be given away at the reunion.  The raffle portion given away at the reunion will be in increments of $500, and you do not have to be present to win.  I am shooting for a $5,000 raffle, now I know that sounds like a lot, but we had over 700 people in our class, and close to 300 have been located.  If 200 classmates donate $25 (and I know some will do less, but some will also do more) then we meet the $5,000 goal.  That will give us $2,500 towards the reunion, and 5 drawings for $500 at the reunion.  Of course, the more we raise, the more we can off set the cost of the reunion, and the better the reunion will be.  Below is a breakdown of the raffle ticket cost, each ticket equals one entry in the raffle.  Donations to the 50/50 Raffle must be mailed in.  Make your check payable to LHS Class of 1979 and mail them to 4222 S. Florida Ave., Lakeland, FL 33813.  Please put a note with it that it is for the 50/50 Raffle.  Any donation you can contribute will be appreciated.

1 ticket = $10 donation

3 tickets = $25 donation

7 tickets = $50 donation

15 tickets = $100 donation
