Todd Knaack

While I was in High School in 1979 I went to work at the Sampan restaurant in Lakeland. They opend a location in Tampa in the 80's and I moved there and worked, that is where I met My wife Wendy. Wendy is from New York and we met at the Tampa Sampan, got married and have been married for 25 years. I came back to Lakeland in 1989 to work with my Parents construction business and we have lived here ever since.

One of my jobs when I came back to Lakeland brougth me across the path of an old, old, old High School Classmate named Karen Hensley, she is the best post school friend I have.
