James D. Culpepper

James D. 'Jim/Deda' Culpepper passed away Sunday, April 2, 2017, surrounded by loved ones at the age of 55. He fearlessly battled colon cancer for over seven years.

Above all, Jim was a family man and called his daughters his 'greatest accomplishment.' He adored his granddaughter and loved being her Deda.

A man of many passions, Jim loved war history, trivia, science, bird watching, and was an avid fisherman. His favorite place was the family cabin on the shores of Sand Lake in Ontario, Canada, where he spent many summers catching bass with his brothers.

A superb musician, Jim played the drums in various local bands. Jim was the biggest dog lover of all time, and a die-hard Philadelphia Phillies and Flyers fan.
