REUNION WEIGHT LOSS/OR BETTER SHAPE

i DONT' KNOW ABOUT ANYONE ELSE BUT i AM WORKING HARD TO LOOSE MORE WEIGHT BEFORE THE REUNION EVEN BEFORE JULY WHEN I VISIT LEVITTOWN!!! I am ridng bikes allot and trying clean eating (that works when I stick to it!) But being stuck at a computer 60 ors a week is making it slow progress... oh well hows are you all doing it? if at all... kim

OK I'll be the first to respond.

Before I changed jobs in October, I had a good routine going doing cardio 20-30 min 3-4 times/wk. Now, I work 40+ hrs/week, plus commute and church activities, grad school, I'm having trouble figuring out where to put the workout stuff.

My husband and I have starting walking probably 1-1/2 miles a few times per week now that the weather is warmer and it is light later. And I'm hoping to get out in the yard to do gardening/landscaping stuff too - that's cardio, right?

The healthy eating isn't a big issues so much lately. Not that I eat right ALL the time but it's been a work in progress. Little changes at a time. I pack my lunch to take to work so I'm not tempted to buy and overeat or eat the "wrong" stuff.

Can't to wait hear how others are coping.

well carol 23 people have looked at this but I guess no one else is dieting we are the only ones ...... yeah right ... bet not!

Oh crap, I just typed a bunch of stuff in the wrong spot  lol  Anyway long story shot, I am signing up for the gym tomorrow just for the treadmill.  I have lots of back problems and can't ask for more than a month at a time.  Wish me luck  !!!

I did the same thing with my post. I just didn't tell!

I prefer not to use the words dieting or exercise (gym membership). They doom me to failure.

I prefer healthy eating (I like to eat) and physical activity (because that includes walking with the family - very little sweating, ew).
