William Patrick Foster

William Patrick Foster (b. 8/20/39, Lansing, MI) passed away on August 23, 2012, at his home in Prescott, Arizona after a four month long battle with stage-4 cancer, with his son and brother by his side. Bill made his way to California in 1960 after serving in the U.S. Army. Prior to his diagnosis, Bill was an adventurous traveler and lived a very active social life surrounded by wonderful friends mostly in the cities of Long Beach and Seal Beach. Bill is survived by his sons Michael and Patrick, his youngest brother Michael, and three grand-daughters: Emily, Natalia, and Olivia. The Foster family held a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at the Seal Beach Yacht Club on 9/29/12. We miss Bill beyond words and know the stars are shining bright with his presence from up above.
