Miller, Janet B.

 

Age 53, died January 22, 1993 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

 

Mrs. Miller was a member of First Christian Church (Disciples). She served as a volunteer and past President of the St. Lawrence Hospital Escort Service. She was an artist painting for pleasure to provide gifts for family and friends.

 

Janet was a cherished daughter and sister, a loving wife, a caring mother, a proud grandmother, and a friend to many.

 

Janet is survived by her husband of 35 years, Douglas A.; 3 daughters, Diane L. (Richard) Oberlin of Grand Rapids, Shari A. (Joseph) Kastenholz of Rhinelander, Wisconsin, and Kellie J. Miller of San Diego, California; 2 sons, Gregory C. Miller of Grand Rapids and Jeffery D. Miller of Grand Ledge; 4 grandchildren; parents Carl C. and Ella M. Cordtz of Lansing; 2 sisters, Judy (David) Wright of Lansing and Jeanne (Jamie) Wright of Mason; and many loving nieces and nephews.

 

Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 26, 1993 at First Christian Church (Disciples) 1001 Chester Road with the Rev. Neil M. White, Pastor, and the Rev. Austin C. Denny, Associate Pastor, officiating.

 

Friends may call at the Gorsline Runciman Co. Lansing Chapel beginning Sunday, 7 p.m. where the family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. and om Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
