Geronimo Luis

1936 - 2017

Geronimo "Jerry" Luis, 80, of Lansing died March 29, 2017 at McLaren Greater Lansing Hospital.

Jerry was born September 30, 1936 in Seguin, Texas to Adolfo and Josefa Luis. He married Victoria Reynolds on December 23, 1987.

He is survived by his wife Vicki; children: Julie (Jerome) Gafford of Alabama, Mandi (Dylan) Luis of Lansing, Teresa (Tracy) Osteen of Florida, Lisa (Mark) Peters of Alabama, Ann Marie Campbell of Port Huron, Kevin (Tammie) Kemerling of Battle Creek, Craig (Alaine) Kemerling of Grand Rapids, Kim Dortman of Port Huron, Dan DeLano of Port Huron; 18 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers: Guadalupe Luis, Adolfo Luiz and Richard Luis.

Visitation will be from 2-4 pm on Sunday, April 2 at Gorsline Runciman Funeral Home, 900 E. Michigan Ave. Lansing. Funeral service will be at 10 am Monday, April 3 at the funeral home. Interment will be in St Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
