Lorelei Agar Lein

Quick run down on Lori:

*Graduated from Auburn University in 1992 in Textile Engineering (I know, I know … years of father-related therapy have helped as has lots of yoga)

*Got married at Philmont Scout Ranch in Northern NM in August 1992 to Greg Lein (met at Auburn).

*Moved to Albuquerque in 1993 for me to attend law school at UNM (I didn't want to get an MBA and what do you do with a degree in Textile Engineering except go back to school?).

*Love drug me back to Alabama kicking and screaming in 1996 and now, in 2008 I can look myself in the eye in the mirror and admit to myself that yes, this is MY life and Alabama is my sweet home … que Lynard Skynard …

*Having a child gives “home” new meaning. The home of my heart will always be the desert but my body resides willingly and happily in Alabama (it doesn't hurt that we live within 3 hours of the beautiful Gulf Coast and 3 hours of the Appalachian mountains).

*Greg and I have a daughter, Brennan, who is 5 years old. Having a girl has been an interesting experience for us both ... no matter what you do to prevent it, the princess *#!% comes under the door like a fog! She’s an absolute joy and loves creepy crawlies and following her Daddy around in the woods; as long as she can have sparkle on her somewhere while she’s doing it she’s content.
