Hey everybody, As you may or may not have read on my profile page I am a licensed boxing matchmaker and one of our team boxers will be fighting on ESPN2 Friday night fights on June 26. His name is Deontay "The Bronze Bomber" Wilder. He is a 6'7" tall Heavyweight that was the only team member that brought home a medal for the Olympics in Aug 2008. He is 5-0 with all 5 of his wins being knockouts. If you like boxing check it out and see a good fight!! I hope to be able to attend the reunion. Boxing schedule permits I will be there.

A friend sent this today via email and just had to share with my classmates . . . . .

HAVE YOU EVER LOOKED AT SOMEONE YOUR OWN AGE AND THOUGHT, I DON’T LOOK THAT OLD………………….

MY NAME IS ALICE SMITH AND I WAS SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH A NEW DENTIST. I NOTICED HIS DDS DIPLOMA, WHICH BORE HIS FULL NAME.

SUDDENLY, I REMEMBERED A TALL, HANDSOME, DARK HAIRED BOY WITH THE SAME NAME HAD BEEN IN MY HIGH SCHOOL CLASS SOME 30-ODD YEARS AGO.

COULD HE BE THE SAME GUY THAT I HAD A SECRET CRUSH ON, WAY BACK THEN?

UPON SEEING HIM, HOWEVER, I QUICKLY DISCARDED ANY SUCH THOUGHT.

THIS BALDING, GRAY HAIRED MAN WITH THE DEEPLY LINED FACE WAS WAY TOO OLD TO HAVE BEEN MY CLASSMATE, AFTER HE EXAMINED MY TEETH; I ASKED HIM IF HE HAD ATTENDED MORGAN PARK HIGH SCHOOL.

'YES, YES I DID. I'M A MUSTANG! ‘HE GLEAMED WITH PRIDE.

'WHEN DID YOU GRADUATE?' I ASKED

HE ANSWERED, IN 1975. WHY DO YOU ASK?

'YOU WERE IN MY CLASS!' I EXCLAIMED.

HE LOOKED AT ME CLOSELY.

THEN THAT UGLY,

OLD,

BALD,

WRINKLED,

FAT ASS,

GRAY HAIRED,

DECREPIT,

SON OF A BITCH ASKED....

I am presently in LA waiting to go to the boxing venue to escort my fighters team to the ring to see yet another victory for him!!! Shari Sagan (Mittaly) What a great time at the reunion. We had so many people that this was the first reunion that they attended and they said they will be back for the next one! Jody Hick What a great, great time. I didn't think I would have that much fun! I especially got a chuckle at the keg. 30 years later and everyone still hanging around a keg of beer. How funny. The reunion committee did a fantastic job. Thank you. -Jody

It was great to get together and hang out with my fellow classmates. I'm surprised that each reunion brings different faces and wish more would attend each year. I had a blast! The reunion committee did a great job, once again, coordinating everything. (Mary, my sister loved the centerpiece . . . . Pam, tell your mom the pizelles were WONDERFUL - we don't have them in Texas and they tasted just like my mom's - YUMMY!)

I hope to keep in touch with you guys and gals on Facebook, etc. Let's start now to try locating all those missing classmates. Would love to see more attend next time. Don't wait for another 5 years! I hope this website stays up . . . might make it easier to contact new folks.

I travelled to Kansas City month after our reunion and lost my camera somewhere between unpacking from PA and packing for KC. Of course, being the non-technical HP employee that I am, I did not download my pictures from the reunion and still have not located that missing camera. Would love to see photos from the reunion if anyone can share.

Happy New Year! I hope to be back in PA again this summer.
