SSG Thomas Wade Clemons, age 37 of Falls of Rough, Ky. passed away Monday December 11, 2006 in Iraq. He was born on May 19, 1969, in Leitchfield, KY. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Marie Clemons, two sons Ryan and Tony Clemons, two step children, Brittany & Amber Siegel, his parents Jimmy & Patricia Frank and William H Clemons, four brothers, William, Timothy and Samuel Clemons and Shannon Frank, three sisters Michelle Mudd, Julia Johnson, & Pamela Bowling.

Funeral services will be Thursday (December 21, 2006) at 11:00 a.m. CST at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Rev.

Stanley Elmore will be officiating. Burial with full military rites will be at the Frank-Embrey Cemetery in Caneyville.
