Hello from the loveliest little corner of Afghanistan.  These last 10 months have been an adventure for sure.  I will be home (Rand willing) by the end of March.  I will be visiting Athens off and on thru Mid June or so.  And since i am now a veteran of foreign war, you owe it to your country to buy me a beer or if you are a teetotaler, you can buy me an upside down banana split from Kreme Delite. 

I'd really like to try and get a group of us together sometime while i am home.  It may be 4 years before i get back.  So start thinking about where and how and who will get together.

The groovy thing about no one being here is this can be treated as my own personal blog.  EVERYBODY wants to read that, right?

David, I saw on FB that you were losing weight.  How are you going about that?  Tell me about any supps you take if you work out.  I'm always interested in that.  Right now I'm trying to gain some good weight (what a problem huh) therefore i'm taking in about 180 grams of protein.  Whey and casein are what i'm ingesting.  I also take N.O. for vaso-dialation which helps blood flow to my muscle tissue and my cardio in general.  Lemme know about your training and how you are doing.
