Hello Classmates,

Okay scratch the meeting  not happening...  This is the best I can come up with and am OPEN for other suggestions or places!!!!!  Joe Wheeler has openings Sept 11th (which does not work for one of our classmates) or Oct. 16th.  The reason I like Joe Wheeler it would be about $25.00 per person we bring our own drinks(ha) and have a place to stay overnight  Other places are more expensive like the Valley Event Center and Canebrake .  If we rent a private room such as the community room @ Owens  the price would not include set up or CLEAN UP.  Again I am open to any suggestions.

Please let me know.  maybe all messages can go thru the  website so we can all be involved.

okay date is oct 16th joe wheeler "wild" Bill Ellison and his band are going play. Chris Slaton and help will step in during band break for music and karaoke.  I will let everyone know about a price in a few days!!!!  This has been great looking forward to seeing everyone!!!!

In case you don't get the e-mail.  We are in the river room @ Joe Wheeler.  Dinner will be @ 6:30pm.   The room will be open @ 4:00 for set up and decorating.  Come anytime you like.  I think most will come about 5:45-6:00.
