Chris Slaton

After graduation, I joined the U.S. Army. I served in the first Gulf War with the 1st Infantry Division. After finishing my enlistment with the Army, I attended Calhoun College where I majored in Criminal Justice. I was hired by the Athens Police Department in 1994 where I worked until 2003. I left the police department to take a job with the Limestone County District Attorney's Office. I am currently still there working as an investigator. I have a beautiful daughter, Kennedy (4). I also have a recording studio and run a DJ business on the side. I also still have my band though rarely have time to play anymore.
