Victoria (Zessin) Lamm, daughter of Albert Fred and Dorothy M. (Welsch) Zessin.

Wife of Gus Lamm and Mother of Audrey. Victoria retained her Maiden name "Zessin" after marriage.

A loving daughter, sister, wife and mother and friend.

Victoria was a resident of the City of Portland, Oregon at the time of her death.

Cause of Death: Victoria and her Friend, Janet Mesner were the Victims of a Violent crime, they did not survive the attack upon their lives.

The Killer Randolph Reeves is still incarcerated in State of Nebraska.
On March 29, 1980, Randolph Reeves, 24, killed Janet Mesner and Victoria Lamm in a Quaker Meeting House in Lincoln. Janet and Victoria were friends and were related. Randolph, who had been drinking heavily had ingested some peyote buttons, entered a window of the house and either sexually assaulted or attempted to sexually assault Janet in her bedroom.

In the course of the assault, Randolph stabbed Janet seven times with a knife he had taken from the kitchen. When Victoria entered the room during the assault, Randolph stabbed her to death. Janet was mortally wounded, but was able to find a phone and dialed 911. Janet identified Randolph as her attacker before dying less than three hours later at the hospital.

She is deeply missed by all.
