I had the opportunity to work with Elder Toone in Porto for one month. He was the gentle giant. His personality was often mistaken because he was big (6' 8" about) and over weight. People in Portugal was often afraid of him, and would tease him often. They were not used to seeing a giant. He was yet more of a spiritual giant yet, and he was very humble.
We learned how to work together, and using different techniques. This resulted in at least two baptisms in an area that was known to be a dry area.
We roomed in a bedroom where it had a small door to get into. He and I both had to almost crawl to get into it. It was funny.
