The thing I will remember most about Roger was his infectious smile. The 25 year reunion won't be the same without him.

Roger was a real funny guy, you couldn't help but laugh! I remember a softball team that we played on "The Rudy Kazooties".

Roger was such a blessing to be around, you could never have a bad day around him. I always loved being around Roger for his happiness and smiling face. Roger was truley a blessing from God.

Like many of you, I got to visit with Roger at the 20 year reunion and he was such a sweetheart! He was so funny and friendly and just a blast to be around. He was a special person and will definitely be missed as he has touched so many lives.

Roger Brewer, a great friend! Roger seemed to always be there, with that big smile saying “Come on Campbell...let’s go do something.” I can see him now, bouncing around, hyper and ready to go. Roger was loyal to his friends. He always had your back. Roger, thanks for the memories!!

The first time I ever met Roger was at Mabelvale Jr High. I saw some nut walking on his hands around the football field. I was fortunate, like many others to know Roger as a friend. He was taken from us early by the Lord, but you know he's making them laugh in Heaven. Probably walking on his hands.

I grew up with Roger from elementary school through highschool and to my surprise as one of my neighbors for awhile in Sherwood.
He was a wirey young man with a light of goodness shining down to his soul. I was glad to see him as a boy and as a man and father. He was tremendous at them all. He will be sadly missed on earth but embraced joyfully in heaven.

One memory of Roger that sticks out in my mind was football practice one afternoon at Mabelvale J.H. He was on defense this play and was in on the tackle and came out of the pile screaming bloody murder about his back or something. The coaches stopped us and he got his breath back and insisted he was OK. So we resumed practice and the very next play he was in on the tackle and he comes out of the pile screaming like the play before, the coaches stopped practice and he sat there for a minute then jumped up ready to go, coach Bohannon decided to let us take a break, it turned out to be pretty funny, we all had a good laugh over it, Roger was very good at getting us all to laugh.

Roger you will always be a part of us through our memories and the stories we tell.
