Reunion Registration

Our 30-year reunion will be Friday, October 21 and Saturday, October 22, 2011 

Friday night will be a casual grad-night mixer, which will be at Steve Bowman's office downtown (near the old Juanita's restaurant location).  The address for Friday's function is 1200 Scott St., and the business name is "CSE".  Friday's grad night will be from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Saturday night will be a sit-down dinner/banquet for classmates and spouses/significant others.  The Saturday night function will be at the Doubletree Hotel downtown, near the River Market.  It will be in their salon rooms or grand ballroom, salons A-C.  Saturday's dinner will be 6:00 pm to at least 10:00 pm.

You may register for the reunion using the form below.  (If you need a printed, paper copy, please e-mail me by selecting the "Contact Us" tab at the top of the page.)  Please complete the survey questions, then select the "items", or virtual event tickets, you wish to purchase.  Those selections are at the very bottom of the form.  Once you've added all your "event items", you then proceed through checkout.  Registration info as as follows, and payment details will be provided based on your answers on the registration form or questionnaire. 

  • Friday night/grad night will cost $25/person in advance, and $30 at the door
    • We will have finger foods and various appetizers, cold drinks, music, and good times.  Beer will also be available. (We can't sell beer and wanted to keep alcohol separate from the overall cost.  We will sell cups for $5.00 to those who want beer, and they can then have unlimited access to the keg.) 
  • Saturday night will cost $45/single and $85/couple with advance reservations
    • Saturday night's meal will be "Chef's Buffet", including:  Assorted Salads, Crudités Display, Sliced and Whole Fruits, Baked Orange Roughy w/Lemon Cream Sauce, Chicken Marsala, Carved Slow Roasted Prime Rib of Beef, Oven-Roasted New Potatoes, Fresh Vegetable Medley, Green Peas with Pearl Onions, Rolls and Butter, Assorted Cakes and Pies, Coffee & Tea
    • DJ
    • Cash Bar
    • The Doubletree should have a block of rooms reserved on Saturday night for those who are coming from out of town -- or those who just might prefer to stay downtown.  Each person will make his/her own reservations and simply tell the Doubletree they're with the Mills Class of '81.  Room cost should be $99 for 1-2 person occupancy. 
  • A photographer will be on site both nights and will take "buddy pics" as well as group pics
  • We plan to sell T-shirts for $15/ea., with a $2.00 up-charge for extended size shirts 

REUNION EVENT PAYMENTS:

We will accept checks (payable to "Mills High Reunion 1981", c/o Ben Thomas, 3200 S. Shackleford, Ste. #9, LR, AR  72205) and PayPal payments.  If you choose PayPal, please note that there will be an additional fee of 2.9% + $.30 added to your total.  For instance, if you plan to attend the Friday night grad night ($25), and will attend the Saturday dinner banquet with a guest ($85), your total would be $110 + $3.19 (2.9%) + $.30 = $113.49.   This is a manual process -- there is no automatic PayPal payment button available.  Please just notify Karen Greenlee Rodgers if you want to pay electronically, and she will send you an invoice based on your chosen activities.  She can also answer questions about specific amounts due.
