20 years, huh? I guess we all have to get old some time. Its amazing. I still feel like I'm 17-18 years old until I roll out of the bed in the morning and have sharp pains in my joints for no reason at all. Or when I play basketball with my son and I run up and down the court about 2 or 3 times and I have to call timeout. I guess all those signs mean I getting old. Life has been filled with ups and downs for me. I lost my mother on 11/22/89. I lost her right when I was beginning my adult life. That woman was my world. So, as you can imagine, I was lost for a little while. Trying to figure out how this adult life works. God blessed me with my oldest son, 3/15/94. I had to grow up very quickly. I got married in '98...... divorced in '99. Hey, we're all allowed to make a mistake in our lives. Got married again on 7/10/04. Life has never been so wonderful. My wife Alison and step daughter Ariana are the women of my life. They spoil me rotten. Right when we thought we were all settled, Alison comes to me and says.... "Surprise, I'm pregnant." I thought to myself..." I'm way too old for this....." Kade was born 4/2/08. He has been nothing but a bundle of joy. He brings a smile to my face everytime I see him. Life is full of surprises. Some good, some bad, but you never give up on life. Keep living and enjoy your blessings.
