Services for Gerry Mike Sullins, 16, of Longview, Texas, were held today at noon at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. J.S. Sullivan officiating.

Burial followed at Lakeview Memorial Gardens and was under the direction of Welch Funeral Home.

Mr. Sullins dies November 8, 1980, following an automobile accident.

He was a student at Pine Tree High School and member of First Baptist Church in Hallsville, Texas.

Survivors include his mother, Lucrettia Butler of Longview; father, Lanny Sullins of Longivew; one brother; two sisters, Kimberly Sullins and Michelle Sullins, both of Longview, and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Nelson of Conroe, Texas, and Mr. and Mrs. Leland Sullins of Longview.
