Mervyn Karasevich Jr., 28, passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at his home.

Mervyn was born and raised in Lorain. He graduated from Southview High School with Honors in 2000. In 2001 Mervyn moved to North Olmsted and worked for Office Max as a stock manager.

In 2004, he lived for a short time in Brook Park. Later, in 2006, he moved to Rocky River and resided there until his time of passing. In 2009, Mervyn began working for Walmart in the stock department. Mervyn enjoyed football, basketball, computers and watching television. He was a loving, caring and devoted son and brother.

He is survived by his parents, Mervyn Sr. and Barbara Karasevich of Rocky River; sister, Stephanie Karasevich of Rocky River; brothers, Roy Neer of Lorain and David Neer of Elyria; nephews, David Neer Jr., Tyler Neer and Kyle Neer; and niece Cheyenne Neer.
