A quick update on things regarding the reunion: We set the price of $65 based on the number of people that RSVP’d on Facebook that they were coming. Yes, we realize things have come up for some people, but it appears to have only been a handful of people who have had to change their plans and not attend. The rest of everyone who had RSVP’d we expected to register on the reunion website and pay the fee(s).

 

So here is where we are a week and a half from the reunion: 1- we have had to renegotiate some of the venues because the registrations/ monies haven’t come in like we expected and counted on 2- we unexpectedly had to move the deadline up to pay on line due to a technical issue beyond our control 3- we have added a different option for those who only want to attend Friday night or only want to attend Saturday night- $30 per person for Friday night or $35 per person for attending Saturday night. If you decide to attend both evening events it is still $65 per person. This is non-refundable and non-negotiable at this point. ( We do still plan on providing food for the family event at Water Rampage and the discounted ticket rate still applies.

Christina, Lindsay and I met on several occasions and we put the call out for local folks to join us to help plan or for anyone to give us ideas or suggestions out on FB or email/ message us. When we first announced prices, venues, etc. we didn’t hear anything. We have done the best planning we could do with the information and RSVP’ing people had given us. (Again only a handful have told us that are unable to make it after initially saying yes- we understand things come up).

 

We truly wanted to avoid a situation where we had to a- collect money at the reunion (because that means Christina and I are fronting money in the hopes that people pay at the door) and b-we didn’t want to break prices up because it gets difficult in keeping track of who paid for what day and if people change their minds, etc.

 

If at all possible today, if you plan on attending, please log on to the website, register yourself and any guests and please pay your ticket fee.

I hate that it has come down to begging for this, but we are in a very tight situation. Thankfully Christina has good friends/ connections that are ‘helping’ us out on things that normally wouldn’t be done.

Otherwise if you don’t pay via credit card on –line the only means to pay us will be cash, check or money order the day of the event. We cannot take credit cards or debit cards.
