45 years of marriage to Jon has taken us to lots of travel destinations. South Africa, Kenya, England, France, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago and Antarctica to name a few. We took up birding as a hobby about 10 years ago and have hit a lot of US locations checking out migrations and the like. We're still working at the arts, craft and hobby supplies company Jon owns. Our grown children are doing great. No grandkids as yet.

As a hall guard in an upper grade, just after we girls obtained the right to wear pants, a certain teacher, let's say, a Mr P, said to my face that it was not appropriate for me to wear pants. I said it was my right and I was happy to do so. The story of our lives.
