I absolutely loved that kid. Not only was hot, he was so funny and witty. We had many many laughs together. He died early in the morning on the 1st day the GOL strip opened up...I was supposed to meet him at Woody's World that following night at 7pm. I remember Bobby Schiemann, Scott Daugherty, the Robishaws and Joey Kinney coming to my front door about 4 pm that day and giving me the news...I was completely devastated!!! I had been trying to reach him all day. The funeral was one of the worst ones I had went to. Mr. Brunetti, who caused the accident and killed Tony, was just sitting there without a mark on him...except the black eye from Dino punching him @ the hopsital. I cried for months and months over his death and the pain he must have went through. I bet I think about Tony almost every day...his picture is on my refrigerator and I talk to Dino on email here and there. I also go to Tony's grave on the anniversary of his death and plant flowers and visit on his birthday which is December 29th to brush the snow off, then I go whenever I'm in Geneva. Till we all meet again....right?

I will never forget Tony. He always called me "Ruski" because of my last name. The day after he died was our sophmore trip to Cedar Point and I got sun poisoning and sprained my ankle so I had to go to services on crutches and with blisters on my shoulders. It was one of the saddest days of my life.

Tony was such a great guy- he was fun to be around and made me feel good about myself. He had a certain degree of class and respect about him. I remember we had a study hall together Freshman year after I moved to Geneva; I also remember the last day of 8th grade (I think?) at my house in the backyard on Erieview listening to "When Doves Cry". Unfortunately, his calling hours were disrupted by such drama due to the circumstances of his death. I will choose to remember the lighter times and will remember him fondly. Peace, Tony.
