He attended First Gen. Baptist in Clay, and his funeral was officiated by Curt Yarbrough and Mitchell Knight; but, he was buried in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Madisonville, KY. Masonic rites were conducted in Madisonville.
