Ronnie was survived by wife Patsy Day Proctor; a daughter Stephanie Proctor, Louisville; sons Michael and Chris of Madisonville and his brother Larry Proctor of Wyoming, Ohio. He also had nieces and nephews.
Ronnie was a sales rep. for Mine-tech, a division of Whitmore. He was a member (and a past deacon) of the First Presbyterian Church. Memorial gifts were given in his honor to the church's building fund.
His funeral service was at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville, with Revs. Jack Pitzer and Jim Hatch officiating. He was buried in Oddfellows Cemetery.
