Beverly Allison Tyson passed away Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at Baptist Health in Madisonville.  She was born Feb. 1, 1942, in Hopkins County to the late Johnnie and Stella (Penrod) Allison.  Beverly was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church and South Century Homemakers.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Joseph Lee Tyson; three daughters, Sharon Tyson, Laurie Bruce and Tracy Tyson, all of Nortonville; one sister Sue Edwards, of Hopkinsville; and four grandchildren.

Services will be at 11 a.m., Mar. 22, at Bandy Funeral Home, Nortonville.  Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Nortonville.
