Betty passed away in Madisonville, October 4, 2015.  She was born March 19, 1943, in Madisonville to the late Aubrey Polley and Alline Slaton Polley.  She was preceeded in death by her husband, Vernon Paul Combs; one sister, Mary Winchester; and two brothers, Keith and Ivan.

Betty is survived by two children, Shari Lee Copeland and Michael Stewart Combs; three grandchildren;  two sisters, Pat Woodward and Alma Lester; three brothers, Paul, Douglas and Jackie.

Services were Thursday, Oct. 8, 2015, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home; burial in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.  Memorial contributions can be made to American Heart Association.
