The 30+1 Reunion was a GREAT success. A double thanks to the special duo of Lucy and Jennifer. Without them I don't know what I would have done. It was wonderful seeing all of you again. For those of you who were not there. You missed a PARTY !!! There will be pictures arriving soon. Jennifer will get them posted and they will also be on our photographers site (Rob Kinneberg Class of 75). You can go to http://robsdigipix.com/ and he has a SJHS link. GO RAIDERS !!!

Hey all Class of 78 SJHS grads. In the last week we have sent out postcards for our 40th reunion on 9/29. If you didn't get one please let us know. Siblings of our class members please contact your brothers and sisters. If they didn't get one then have them go to Class Creators and register. We had about 200 cards go out and as of today we had less than 5 returned. Our class had over 400 so we need some help. Now to the important part. If you got your card then RSVP now. The price is great, and the party will be even better. The Class of 78 was well known for it's parties and school spirit. That tradition will continue so don't miss out. The Committee wants to see you all again. So, let's go and as always GO RAIDERS !!!!

I need you to dig in your boxes, in your albums, and in your basements in search of pictures and memorabilia from our days at SJHS. I want to put together a slide show of pictures to play during our reunion.  The committee would also like to set up a display of memorabilia.  Send your pictures to
SJHS78s40reunion@gmail.com and let us know what items you will be sharing with us. I would like to have pictures by August 19.

So? Are ya? Are you going to join us on the 29th of September to celebrate our 40th reunion? Will you be there to share stories and hugs? We sure hope so. Here’s the thing, we need you to let us know you are joining us. We need you cash monies too. The team that has come together to make this event happen have done their best to plan everything to be simple and classy thus keeping the costs down. You will definitely get value-hugs and stories-for your money! Please put “send money to Deborah Thornhill Thomas” as your number one priority on your to-do list. Your number two should be, send Dyanne Zutter-Worrick pictures to add to the slide show so that you are represented as having been present and accounted for back in the day! The class of 78 has a reputation for getting the most classmates to attend a reunion. Let’s not lose that honor!

Update on the slide show: Only three people shared pictures with me.  I had a total of 68 pictures.  Not quite enough for an attention grabing slide show so I decided not to go forward with it.    Thank you to those of you who shared your memories with me.  It was fun!
