Oh my I remember Bob from Bolton. The 7th grade teacher sat me in between Bob and his buddy Gene and they never gave me a moments peace - they never stopped coming up with some new way to embarass me. I never could figure out what the teacher's motive was putting me there-- I was so shy and quiet maybe he hoped it would keep them more subdued-- fat chance !! I remember once Bob was protesting something in eighth grade [we had a firebrand redheaded teacher who definitely meant business] and he somehow attached a chain and ball to his leg and dragged it around class until the teacher exploded and I think made him stand in a wastebasket or something. Bob was all fun and games back then and really added alot of ZEST to our lives. He is missed.

My memory of Bob was that he appeared to have a shy side. Yes he was fun and always wore that big smile. A mile wide SMILE.

He rode the same bus as I did. But I never felt like I was in his "league". He was very popular!

I was sure surprised when I heard he had passed away. Saddened.

When people appear bigger than life, they also appear invincible.

We miss you Bob.
