NEWLIN, Keith Allen (T.R), 45, of Manchester, Tennessee died Wednesday, April 26, 2000 following a brief illness at Centennial Medical Center.  A native of Michigan City, Indiana he was the son of the late Henry William Newlin and mother, Ella Pearl Vann Newlin.  He was a computer operator at Arnold Air force  Base and a member of the Bushy Branch House of Prayer.  He is survived by his wife, Lisa Guess Newlin, Manchester; two sons, Kevin Newlin, Manchester,  Kyle Newlin, Manchester; mother Ella Pearl Vann Newlin, Manchester; two sisters Martha Mauk, Manchester, Emily Kenny, Estill Springs, Tennessee; two brothers, Ivan Newlin, Morrison, Tennessee, Fred Newlin, Singapore and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral services were held Sunday, April 30, 2000 at Manchester Funeral Home Chapel Rev. Jon Amspaugh and Bro. Benny Benjamin officiating.  Burial was in Rose Hill Memorial Gardens, Coffee County, Tennessee.  In lieu of flowers send donations to First National Bank in Mr. Newlins name.  Manchester funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
