Linda Jadowski (Carter)

Linda A. Carter, age 45, of 2210 Taran Ct., Manitowoc, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 9, 2012 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital, Madison.

Linda was born May 7, 1966 in Milwaukee, daughter of Roman and Mary Ann (Frozena) Jadowski. She was a graduate the University of Wisconsin - Madison with a degree in Food Science. On June 8, 1996 she married John Carter at St. Marys Catholic Church, Manitowoc. Linda was a Quality Assurance Manager at Cher-Make Sausage Company for over 20 years. She was an avid Badger fan, but loved all Wisconsin's sports teams. She also cared deeply about her family and loved her beagle Tanner.

Survivors include her husband: John Carter, Manitowoc; her parents: Roman and Mary Ann Jadowski, Manitowoc, one sister and brother-in-law: Connie and Steve Bielinski, Waukesha; loving aunt to: Braden and Brooke Bielinski, Samantha, Libby, Graycia, Maegyn, and Elly Carter; father-in-law and mother-in-law: Howard and Phyllis Carter; one sister-in-law: Michele Carter; one brother-in-law: Michael Carter. Other relatives and friends also survive. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents: Felix and Frances Frozena; her paternal grandparents: Stanley and Jeanette Jadowski; one uncle: Robert Frozena; two aunts: Nancy and Linda Jadowski; and one extended family member: David Kelley.

Cremation has occurred and Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi on the corner of Marshall and 21st Street. Officiating at the Mass of Christian Burial will be Linda's uncle, the Rev. Kenneth Frozena and the Rev. Richard Klingeisen.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday, March 17, 2012 at St. Francis of Assisi on the corner of Marshall and 21st Street from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Lupus Foundation of America - Wisconsin Chapter (2600 North Mayfair Rd. #320 Milwaukee, WI. 53226) in Linda's name.

The Pfeffer Funeral Home, of Manitowoc, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to Patricia Bosi (Aunt) and Randy Bosi (Cousin), who each selflessly gave the gift of life by donating a kidney to Linda over the years. The family also wishes to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff of the U.W. Madison Hospital and a special family friend Carol Hoefner.
