Comments:

In dec. 1969 I married Ken Pagani (St. Pete's 68)
and had 2 sons with him. We divorced in !977,
after 1 yr. sep. In Nov. 1977 I married Tom Mc Naul and was very happy until his untimely death
to cancer. I became an herb/spice expert by 1972
and in 1974 co-founded the Kingwood Herb Society
and started lecturing on herbs locally and out of
state..culinary, teas, gardening etc. not medicinal
info...I started my own culinary herb business and
had 50 stores carrying my products (50 seasonings
teas, dip mixes, etc) until I got out in 1992. I still
lecture on herbs and at one time had my own radio
show (1 hour long) on herbs for 8 years. I also
developed a radio show on music therapy which I
did for 2 years called healing with harmony...all of
this like the herbs self taught. I write poetry and
to date have written around 2000 poems..many
subjects, nature, love, life, etc. I perform my
poems at open mic. readings at coffee houses in
several locations and love doing it a lot. If anyone
is interested in reading my "stuff" just contact me
at my e-mail and I can send an example. I also
developed 25 childrens programs which I presented
over the years to elementary-high school age groups. They were mostly herb themes but also
historical, culinary, nature, etc. It was so much
fun to do them but a lot of work and now I pretty
much do one on writting poetry and encouraging
children in expressing their thoughts. I am an
excellent cook and frequently cook for large func-
tions at church...inventing my own recipes and so
far I haven't poisoned anyone...haha. Widowhood
has been a tramatic situation...very unexpected
but my Christian faith, family and friends have help
ed pull me through this far. I hope to hear from
some classmates and since I don't plan to move
any time soon...call me/e-mail me if you'd like.
Take care and happy thymes always...Kay

School Story:

I loved many of my classes and especially had a
great time in Home Ec...esp. Tea Room for all who
took the class with me. Spanish was fun and
Art class with Mr. Beveridge too. I just loved
going to school since it got me out of a very noisy
busy household and actually was down time for me
if that seems possible.
