Martha loved her kids and friends.  She was followed in death by her son, Clint and is survived by one daughter, Courtney Webb Bracy of Jonesboro.  She will be missed by all.

Martha was one of my best friends in life. When she came in the 7th grade, we initiated her into our lives and never looked back. Later, we were homeroom mothers together at Lee Academy and raised our kids in sports and vacations. Our trips to the beach on spring break were unforgetable as one time she bunge jumped with all the teenagers. Only Martha!! I will always remember and love her!!

I will never forget the little girl with glasses and her hair pulled back that came to us in the 7th grade. Boy, what Katy, Ann and crew did to the poor child....Carmen and I loved the "corrupted" version too.

Martha moved to Marianna from Conway, where she lived in early years (through the 6th grade, I believe). Jan and I have lived in Conway the last 3 years. When I mention to people here that I am originally from Marianna, several (who are about our age) tell me they remember Martha in elementary school and how fond they were of her and how they hated that she moved. Martha was, no doubt, loved by her first hometown, Conway, as much as her second hometown, Marianna. How lucky our class and Marianna were to have her all the years we did.

One of my favorite memories of Martha (and her Mom) was getting to eat those home made donuts at their house, while they were still hot. Martha's great wit is something I think we are remember and miss.

Martha leaves such a sweet memory in all of our minds and for good reason. Too early we lost that sweetness, but what an impact and positive influence she left.
