I earned a BSE in social studies from Henderson State Univ. I later earned a MSE Degree in Counseling from HSU also.
Patsie and I were married in 1973 and have spent the past 33 years teaching school in Umpire, Arkansas.
In addition to our two children, Callie and Josh, God has blessed us with seven wonderful grandchildren.

I remember one year, some of us had english class under Mrs. Bunch. One day we sneaked out of class early to eat an early lunch. As we ran down the hall, sliding around the corner, we met the cold dark eyes of our principal. For the first and maybe only time in my life I lost my appetite!
