Terry L. Barnhart

HANOVERTON—Terry Lee Barnhart, 64, of 6741 Camp Boulevard (Guilford Lake), Hanoverton, Ohio, died at 11:06 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2008, at the Salem Community Hospital.

He was born on Aug. 25, 1943, in Marietta, Ohio to the late Robert and Louise "Lucy" (Ruf) Barnhart.

Mr. Barnhart retired as Bindery Foreman in 1993 from the Austin Printing Company in Akron where he had worked for 24 years.

He was a member of the Massillon Moose Lodge 481 and was a Christian by faith.

Survivors include his loving companion, Sheila Yates; two sons, Fred (Mary) Barnhart of Massillon and John Barnhart of Ellet, Ohio; a daughter, Kari (Jeff) Doering of Canton; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

His wife, Sharon Lee (Wyant) Barnhart, whom he married May 20, 1990, preceded him in death on Sept. 22, 2005. Also preceding him in death were six sisters; two brothers; and a grandson.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. today at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home with Evangelist Scott Hussing officiating. Burial will be at Woodsdale Cemetery.

Calling hours were held Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
