WOOSTER- Elwood Philip Edwards Jr., 58, of Wooster died Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2003, in Columbus.

He was born April 28, 1944, in Marietta to Helen Yost Edwards and Elwood Edwards.

Before moving to Wooster, he had worked at several local banks and had been active in the Masonic Lodge. He later owned a business in Wooster.

He is survived by one daughter, Traci Edwards of Columbus; and one sister, Jane Edwards of Marietta.

He was preceded in death by his father and his mother.

Memorial services are at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, Fourth and Wooster streets, Marietta, with Craig Butler officiating.

Schoedinger Worthington Chapel, 6699 High St., Worthington, Ohio, is in charge of arrangements.
