Peggy Jo McCloud Selfridge, 76, of Martinsburg passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2020.

Born on May 4, 1944 in Marietta, OH, she was the daughter of the late Ermine Dolan McCloud and Maysel Eupha Scarbro.

Peggy married her husband, Glenn on August 16, 1955. She was a registered nurse since 1964. She was an animal lover of all cats. She loved motorcycles and two-seater sports cars. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her granddaughter Victoria who was the love of her life.

She is survived by her husband, Glenn Decker Selfridge; one son, Scott Selfridge and wife, Hallie of Martinsburg, WV; one daughter, Elizabeth Crooks of Manassas, VA; one granddaughter Victoria; two grandsons; and one brother, Kenneth McCloud of McClean, VA.

The Brown Funeral Home will be open to receive friends only from the hours of 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, June 26, 2020. A time of remembrance and sharing will be offered in the parking lot at 5:00 PM to allow for social distancing.

Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Martinsburg Union Rescue Mission, 608 W King St, Martinsburg, WV 25401or to the Berkeley County Humane Society, 554 Charles Town Rd, Martinsburg, WV 25405.
