David Lundberg Dies in Texas at the age of 27

David L. Lundberg, 27, formerly of Marshalltown, died Friday afternoon at Baylor Hospital in Dallas, Texas.  He had lived in Carrolton, Texas, for the past year, where he was employed as an electronic engineer for Fishback & Moore System.

Born in Marshall County Oct. 21, 1941, he was the son of Lawrence and Frances Stewart Lundberg.  He attended grade school in Green Mountain and was a 1960 graduate of Marshalltown High School.  He attended Marshalltown Community College for a year and was graduated from Iowa State University, Ames, in 1964.He took post graduate work at UCLA, Los Angeles. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Lundberg, 509 West Boone, survive, as do four brothers, Paul Lundberg, Milo; Jay Lundberg, Russell; Lynn Lundberg, Los Alamos, N.M.; & Hubert Lundberg, a student at University of Iowa, Iowa City; & a sister, Mrs. Ray (Judy) Zeisneiss, Route 4.  A brother preceded him in death.

He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church where services will be at 2 p.m., Tuesday, the Rev. Vernon Forsberg in charge.  Burial will be in the Conrad Cemetery.  Memorials may be directed to the First Presbyterian Church.
