Dennis O. Ritland, 46,

Memorial services for Dennis O. Ritland, 46, of Eagle-Vail, CO, formerly of Marshalltown, who died Jan. 18, have been set for 10 a.m., Saturday at Elim Lutheran Church.

Born June 18, 1942, in Sharon N.D., he was the son of Thore O. and Gertrude Nomeland Ritland.  He was reared and educated in Marshalltown, graduating from Marshalltown High School.  He owned a plumbing business for several years before moving to the Vail area in 1981, where he also owned a plumbing business.

He was married June 19,1960, to Shirley "Kookie" Cluster in Marshalltown.  She survives, as do two sons, David of Saginaw, MI., and Rick of Melbourne, FL; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thore Ritland of Marshalltown; two sisters, JoAnn (Mrs. Charles) Butcher and Judy (Mrs. Ray) Clemens, both of Marshalltown.
