Robert Zimmerman, 62

Coal Valley, IL. - Deacon Robert Leo "Bob" Zimmerman, 62, of Coal Valley, IL., died Jan. 15, 2005 at the Oak Glen Home in Coal Valley.  

A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in Coal Valley.  Burial will be in Coal Valley Cemetery.  Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. Monday at the church.  A Wake Service will be held at 7 p.m. Monday at the church, followed by a time of sharing for family and friends.  memorials may be made to St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church in his name.  Trimble Funeral and Cremation Center of Coal Valley is assisting the family.

Bob is survived by his wife Mari;  four children, Julia (Michael) Carroll of Dayton, Ohio, Daniel (Mary) Zimmerman of Springfield, MO., Christopher (Juliann) Zimmerman of Moline, IL., and Douglas (Pamela) Zimmerman of St. Paul, MN.;  ten grandchildren;  and four siblings, Duane (La Vonne) Zimmerman of Urbandale, Donavon (Faye) Zimmerman of Spencer, Wisconsin, Marian (Robert) McKee of Marshalltown and James (Bonita) Zimmerman of Sweet Springs, MO.
