Kevin D. Kroener passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014.  Services are at the Mitchell Funeral Home at 11:00 Thursday, September 18, with visitation at 10:00 am.  Casual attire would be appreciated for all those who attend.  Memorials may be directed to New Hope Church in Marshalltown. 

Kevin attended Marshalltown High School and worked at Atlas Hydraulics in Newton, IA.  Surving Kevin is Margaret Kroener, his mother, of Marshalltown and siblings Ken Kroener from Bend, Oregon; Karen Dunlap of Gerogetown, Texas and half sister Diane McWilliams from Lancaster, California.  Kevin enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, loved animals and digging for antique bottle with his cousins Jim and Jeff Springer.  Kevin was an active member of New Hope Christian Church in Marshalltown.  Kevin was preceded in death by his father William Kroener.  He will be dearly missed.
