Peggy Lynn Anderson, 53, passed from this life on Wednesday, December 25, 2013, at Bright Kavanagh House in Des Moines. The family will greet friends from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, December 29, 2013;
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Monday, December 30, 2013, both at Grandview Park Funeral Home, located at 3211 Hubbell Ave in Des Moines,burial will be at Riverside Cemetery in Marshalltown, following the funeral. Peggy was born on February 22, 1960, in Marshalltown, Iowa to Eugene and Carolyn (Schaper) Olsen. She was a graduate of Marshalltown High School, and also attended UNI in Cedar Falls. Peggy moved to the Des Moines area in 1984.
Peggy worked for many years for the Des Moines Public Schools she loved her pets, flower gardens, and baking. She is survived and lovingly remembered by her Husband, William Anderson of Des Moines; two daughters - Kelsey (Nathan) Anderson,
Rachel Anderson; one Brother, Jim (LuAnn) Olsen, one Sister - Deb (Gary) Williams.
In lieu of flowers,memorial contributions may be made to The Family or Animal Rescue League of Iowa.
