Daniel Lee Moran, 51, of Martinsville, VA, died Sunday, July 14, 2013, at his home.  He was born on July 27, 1961, in Martinsville, VA to James Albert Moran and Shirley Amos Moran of Martinsville, VA.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles Ivan Harris, Jimmie Lee Amos and Delma Rigney Amos and a sister, Pamela Moran Hazelwood.

Mr. Moran was a Forman for American Standard Homes, Martinsville, VA.

Surviving in addition to his parents are his wife, Bonita Holt Moran of the home; sisters, Melissa Moran Williams, of Martinsville, VA, and Sherry Moran McGhee of Varina, NC and grandmother, Maude Scott Harris of Martinsville, VA.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon, July 19, 2013, at Norris Funeral Services Martinsville Chapel with Pastor G.H. Vaughn officiating.
